You will also find our current lot availability with variety details, SCA scores, processing methods, origin information, and delivery status for every lot we have ready to ship or available for pre-order.

Every lot in this catalog comes from a specific farm, a specific harvest, and a specific process. We know where it came from because we were either there when it was grown or we trained the family that grew it.
