We grew up on these farms
Most green coffee changes hands two or three times before it reaches a roastery. Each hand in that chain takes a margin and adds distance between the cup and the origin.
We are the origin. Our family has been growing coffee in these mountains since the 1940s.
Gabriel, our General Manager, oversees every harvest, every lot classification, and every export from Colombia. When you work with us, you reach the source directly.
For importers, that means a reliable supply with full documentation, FNC certification, Rainforest Alliance, and Fair Trade credentials on every shipment.
For roasters buying direct, that means knowing exactly which farm, which variety, and which harvest is in your bag.
Specialty · Regional · Microlots
Our farms and allied families across four Colombian regions produce coffee at different quality levels, each suited to a different buyer and a different market. We classify every lot through cupping before it leaves Colombia. What you receive is exactly what we say it is.
Our Coffee Varieties
We grow nine varieties of Arabica coffee across our farms in Huila and Cundinamarca and our allies. Each one has its own character, its own flavor profile, and its own story. All of them are grown at altitude, hand picked, and processed with the same care that our family has put into this land for years.
Geisha Washed
Washed Dominant flavors: Sweet, citric acidity, delicate floral notes. One of the most sought-after varieties in specialty coffee. Clean and complex with a distinctive brightness that stands out in any cupping.
Caturra Washed
Washed Dominant flavors: Citrus, clean, well-balanced body. A classic Colombian variety known for its consistency and clean cup. Reliable across harvests and well-suited for espresso and filter profiles.
Natural Taby
Natural Dominant flavors: Fruity, complex, full body. A rare Colombian variety processed naturally, which amplifies its fruit-forward character. Rich and distinctive with a long finish.
Pink Bourbon
Natural Dominant flavors: Vinous, citric, ripe stone fruits. A visually distinctive variety with a complex cup that balances fruit sweetness with a wine-like depth. Popular with specialty roasters looking for something recognizable.
Natural Bourbon
Natural Dominant flavors: Chocolate, blackberry, full body. Rich and structured with deep fruit and chocolate notes. A natural process that brings out the full character of the Bourbon variety grown at altitude.
Yellow Bourbon
Washed Dominant flavors: Sweet, clean, light body. Subtle and elegant with a clean sweetness that works well as a single origin filter coffee. Delicate enough to highlight the terroir of Huila.
Pacamara
Washed and Natural available Dominant flavors: Fruity, red berries, vinous complexity. A large-bean variety with an expressive cup. The combination of Pacas and Maragogipe genetics gives it unusual complexity and a fruit-driven profile that performs well in cupping competitions.
Castillo Washed
Washed Dominant flavors: Citrus, good body, smooth finish. Developed specifically for Colombian growing conditions, Castillo offers excellent disease resistance without sacrificing cup quality. Consistent and reliable.

FOR HIGH VOLUME IMPORTERS
Regional Selection
This is the category that built our reputation for reliable supply. Regional Selection lots come from our own farms and our network of allied families across Huila, Cundinamarca, Tolima, and Sierra Nevada, all working under the same quality standards and sustainable practices that our certifications require.
Every lot in this category goes through the same classification process at our wet mill. Floaters are removed, cherries are sorted by ripeness, and the final product is cupped before packing. What you receive is a consistent, traceable, single-origin Colombian coffee that performs reliably across seasons.
For importers supplying roasters who want origin traceability without the premium of microlot pricing, this is the category that makes the most commercial sense. For larger roasters buying direct, it offers the volume and consistency to build a signature blend or a reliable single origin offering around.

Your Coffee Arrives in the Same Condition It Left Our Farm
Coffee quality does not end at the farm. A lot that cups at 86 points in Colombia can arrive flat and lifeless if it was stored badly or shipped in the wrong conditions. We have seen it happen with other suppliers. We made sure it would not happen with ours.
Every bag we ship uses GranPro hermetic lining, a sealed inner layer that creates a controlled environment around the beans. It blocks moisture, oxygen, and external contamination during the weeks between packing in Colombia and arrival at your warehouse. The beans that go in are the beans that come out, with the same moisture content, the same aroma, and the same cup profile we logged at origin.
The outer jute bag carries everything you need to trace the coffee back to its source. The country of origin, the lot number, the harvest information, and the export certification are all marked on the bag. When you open a container from us, you are not guessing what is inside. You have a complete paper trail from the farm to your warehouse floor.
Before anything leaves Colombia, our team loads and seals the pallets at our facilities, then transports them to Buenaventura or Cartagena for container loading. At the port, the Colombian Coffee Growers Federation inspects every shipment, verifies the quality against the export documentation, and authorizes the export. That FNC certification travels with the container and arrives with your coffee.
Standard bag size is 35 kg with GranPro hermetic lining. Custom formats available on request.
We ship up to 10 x 20ft containers per month for regional and standard selection. Specialty lots ship based on available volume per harvest.
